c ;that the agreement dated July 13 , 2009, at a cost of $67, 900 . 00,

.-the Tower Park Recreational Trail at San Marnan Drive and Kimball

t venue, by and between JDE Engineering of LaPorte City, Iowa and
.the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
