° - BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
t the Memorandum of Understanding dated July 13 , 2009, at a
c cost of $2 , 000 . 00, to prepare Rail Revolving Loan and Grant
Program application for funding of construction of 600' rail spur
off Lafayette Street, serving 3215 Lafayette Street, by and
between Iowa Northland Regional Council of Governments of
terloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
