0 H EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY MAYOR.

c s tri BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
eh t the application dated July 13 , 2009, for a Rail Revolving
Loa-n and Grant Program for funding of 80 percent of the
rO construction of a 600' rail spur off Lafayette Street, serving
3- 15 Lafayette Street, by and between the Iowa Department of
' 'ansportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
llihalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
