O WHEREAS, on this 13th day of July, 2009, at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the
Preliminary Plat of South Port, Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
±6.04 was presented for approval, and

C% � WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been previously submitted
t end has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning,
programming and Zoning Commission, and

00 — WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and
shmuld receive approval of this Council .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Preliminary Plat of South Port,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is hereby approved
and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, are
hereby authorized and directed to certify and affix their
signatures to said resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 2009 .
