WHEREAS, BJ' s Sports Bar and Billiards, 110 Ida Street, is
c requesting a variance to the Noise Ordinance on July 25, 2009
'O from 6 : 00 p.m. to 10 : 00 p.m. in conjunction with BJ' s 19th
Anniversary Party, including a band in the beer garden in back of
Eli building, and
WHEREAS, said event will exceed the limits of the Noise
Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094 , and
WHEREAS, said BJ' s Sports Bar and Billiards, 110 Ida Street,
has made formal application for a variance on July 25, 2009 from
6 : 00 p.m. to 10 : 00 p.m.
5 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of BJ' s Sports Bar and
Billiards, 110 Ida Street, for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094 ,
Noise Ordinance, on July 25, 2009 from 6 : 00 p.m. to 10 : 00 p.m. in
conjunction with BJ' s 19th Anniversary Party, including a band in
the beer garden in back of the building, be and the same hereby
granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of July, 2009 .
