WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to. prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
eq. , for the 2009 Tibbitts Baseball Complex Fencing Project, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , for
the 2009 Tibbitts Baseball Complex Fencing Project, which were
preliminarily approved on July 6, 2009, and
7 (1 WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 20,
2 9 .

_� NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
coitract, etc . , for the 2009 Tibbitts Baseball Complex Fencing
Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of July, 2009 .
