s csv o 2009 TIBBITTS BASEBALL COMPLEX FENCING

o _ -- WHEREAS, by Resolution No . 2009-700, plans, specifications,
o dorm of contract, etc . , for the 2009 Tibbitts Baseball Complex
°J Fencing Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been
c approved and adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed
—, by statute .
' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
,#mprovements be constructed in accordance with said plans and
specifications .

That said work shall be done by contract and shall be
-commenced promptly after receipt of "Notice to Proceed" .
