-- WHEREAS, said Contracts and Grants Coordinator did file said
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , for
the General Obligation Bond Demolition Project, Contract No. 164-
D-G0-07-27-09 (former Rath Maintenance Building, 97 Vinton
Street) , which were preliminarily approved on July 6, 2009, and

WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 20 ,
2009, and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the General Obligation Bond Demolition
Project, Contract No. 164-D-GO-07-27-09 (former Rath Maintenance
Building, 97 Vinton Street) , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be,
and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day Qf July, 2009 .
