WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2009-702 , plans, specifications,
° form of contract, etc . , for the General Obligation Bond
• Demolition Project, Contract No. 164-D-GO-07-27-09 (former Rath
w Ma--intenance Building, 97 Vinton Street) , in the City of Waterloo,
'1447, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the
r .t ng prescribed by statute .

rrIcT2 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
