City of Waterloo, Iowa, and

ti ` WI. EREAS, said Contracts and Grants Coordinator did file said
prelii rinary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , for
the Gjneral Obligation Bond Demolition Project, Contract No. 163-
D-GO-0°7-20-09 (1017 Mobile Street, 1331 Mulberry Street, 1015
Fairview Avenue, 706 Cottage Street, 528 N. Barclay Street, 408
Fowler Street and 509 Adams Street) , which were preliminarily
approved on July 6, 2009, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 20,
2009, and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the General Obligation Bond Demolition
Project, Contract No. 163-D-GO-07-20-09 (1017 Mobile Street, 1331
Mulberry Street, 1015 Fairview Avenue, 706 Cottage Street, 528 N.
Barclay Street, 408 Fowler Street and 509 Adams Street) , in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of July, 2009 .
