. c.-- That the bid of Cunningham Construction, Inc . of Cedar
4,11.6, Iowa, in the amount of $210 , 161 . 20, for the construction
the F.Y. 2010 Geraldine Road, Contract No. 767, described in
t--he plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council
for said project, after public hearing on published notice
r=equired by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the
lowest bid received for said work.
5 -- The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
aotract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
roved by this Council .
