• that the contract of Cunningham Construction, Inc . of Cedar Falls,
• Iowa, ;-for the F.Y. 2010 Geraldine Road, Contract No. 767, in the
City f Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 20cn day of July,
2009, together with the accompanying bond for the faithful
performance of said contract signed by United Fire and Casualty
Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same
are hereby approved.
