C BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement for Engineering Services dated July 20, 2009,
=t!t a cost not to exceed $7, 625 . 00, for construction related
o services for F.Y. 2010 Geraldine Road, Contract No. 767, by and
between VJ Engineering of Cedar Falls, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
4dwa.
