Oiat the Notice of Discontinuation of Storm Water Discharge
q0yered under Iowa NPDES General Permit No. 2 in conjunction with
Ehe F.Y. 2007 U. S . 63/Westfield Avenue Connection, Contract No.
0, _ by and between the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
