BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 28E Agreement dated July 20, 2009, to provide fire and
° ambulance services, by and between the City of Elk Run Heights
acrd the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
fp approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
