c BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
t. t the Purchase Utility Easement Agreement dated July 20, 2009,
a cost of $1, 900 . 00, for an easement for utility purposes as
$art of the disposition of excess right-of-way for the Greenhill
Ithad project, directly south of University Avenue, by and between
