RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO RIGHT OF
s ENTRY AGREEMENT WITH UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD
os AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
°J that the amendment to the Right of Entry Agreement dated July 20
�, 20-09, to use city property between East 7th Street and East 84�
Street for repairs of the railroad bridge, by and between Union
Pacific Railroad and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
