s DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY

'r '7 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement of Prior Lienholder dated July 20, 2009, for a
sidewalk assessment for the Black' s Building, by and between
Mi4town Development, Inc . and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
€1e same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
