s E- AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY

E., BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
Shat the agreement dated July 20 , 2009, for Homelessness
Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program funds in the amount of
X570, 881 . 00, with no required match, by and between the U. S .
Department of Housing and Urban Development and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
4nd City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
city of Waterloo, Iowa.
