N RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF PATHWAYS
w BEHAVIORAL SERVICES TO HOLD 6711 ANNUAL RUN,

• o WALK AND ROLL FOR A DRUG FREE COMMUNITY EVENT
ON OCTOBER 31, 2009 .
°J =2, 22 WHEREAS, Pathways Behavioral Services has requested that
iiey be allowed to hold a 6th Annual Run, Walk and Roll for a
Drug Free Community event on October 31, 2009, and
WHEREAS, said event will begin at 9 : 00 a.m. , with the route
to start and end on the access road in front of the Pathways
Building at 3362 University Avenue .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Pathways Behavioral Services
to hold a 6th Annual Run, Walk and Roll for a Drug Free Community
event on October 31, 2009 beginning at 9 : 00 a.m. , with the route
to start and end on the access road in front of the Pathways
Building at 3362 University Avenue, be and the same is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of July, 2009 .
