nBE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

P' E-- 4- That the bid of Miller Fence Co . , Inc . of Waterloo, Iowa, in
u amount of $24 , 999 . 99, for the construction of the 2009
' itts Baseball Complex Fencing Project, described in the plans
--aid specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
eject, after public hearing on published notice required by
:21*w,' be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid

The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
,_improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
