c Q c BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

• H That the bid of Pries Roofing, Inc . of LaPorte City, Iowa,

Gates Park Pro Shop Reroofing Project, described in the plans and

p, cations heretofore adopted by this Council for said
- ect, after public hearing on published notice required by
law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid

The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
Contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
