H n '-~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

• CD hlThat the bid of Kayser Plumbing & Heating of Waterloo, Iowa,
14 the amount of $48, 802 . 00, for the General Obligation Bond
Demolition Project, Contract No. 163-D-GO-07-20-09, described in
the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council
for' said project, after public hearing on published notice
required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the
lowest bid received for said work.
H s The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
cstn' ract with the said contractor for the construction of said
i4iiprovements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of July, 2009 .
