BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
c that the Professional Services Agreement dated July 27, 2009, at
a cost not to exceed $50, 000 . 00 and an additional cost not to
c exceed $29, 390 . 00, to provide professional services for the Storm
Water Utility Fee, by and between Snyder & Associates of Ankeny,
Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
:same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
