DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND
o Ht-1-1 DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
iat the application dated July 27, 2009, for Supplemental
o tmunity Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery Funding for
c acquisition and demolition of numerous commercial and residential
properties within the city, by and between the Iowa Department of
Economic Development and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Planner be hereby
designated the authorized representative .
