BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Restoration Systems, Inc . of Chaska,
a Minnesota, for the Commercial Street Parking Garage Repairs ,
Phase- II, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the
27th day of July, 2009, together with the accompanying bond for
the faithful performance of said contract signed by The Hanover
Insurance Company of Worcester, Massachusetts, as surety thereon,
be, and the same is hereby approved.
