RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH FEDERAL
AVIATION ADMINISTRATION (FAA) AND DIRECTING
o s m EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

N BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
C7' the agreement dated July 27, 2009, for repayment in the
amoiint of $223 , 236 . 00 for release of approximately 43 . 13 acres of
land generally located at the Waterloo Regional Airport, with
c city required to pay 50 percent of the appraised value, or
$111, 618 . 00, by and between the Federal Aviation Administration
(FAA) and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of July, 2009 .
