a' WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
Superintendent of Traffic Operations, to prepare and file plans,
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
cost, etc . , for the Williston/18th and U. S . 218/Washington
Traffic Safety Project, CS-TSF-8155 (706)-85-07 , in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Traffic Operations has filed
said plans, specifications, form of contract and preliminary
egimate of cost, etc . , and the Council of the City of Waterloo,
IGw l having considered the same .
: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and ,preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of July, 2009 .
