That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall 4 meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Wae-loo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 10th day of August, 2009, for the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans, speci _cations, form of contract and estimate of cost for the Willison/18th and U. S . 218/Washington Traffic Safety Project, CS-TSF-8155 (706)-85-07, in the City of Waterloo . Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
