N - BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated August 3 , 2009, at

$20, 000 . 00, for the Riverfront Stadium Flood Control
Feasibility Study, by and between AECOM of Waterloo, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
Eh PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of August, 2009 .
