H s BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

Et the agreement dated August 3 , 2009, for Hazard Mitigation
wrGtnt Program (HMGP) 1763 Structural Acquisition (Buy Out) funds
Arr the amount of $5, 715, 669 . 00, with federal share not to exceed
'M286, 751 . 00, state share of $571, 566 . 00 and city' s share of
8x57, 352 . 00 to be funded by the Community Development Block Grant
4rogram, to acquire on a voluntary basis structures damaged or
destroyed by the 2008 floods, by and between Iowa Homeland
Security and Emergency Management Division and the City of
Va-terloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
ailihorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
