-, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Administrative Plan for the City of Waterloo Hazard
Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) 1763 Structural Acquisition
Pjogram dated August 3 , 2009, to acquire on a voluntary basis
structures damaged or destroyed by the 2008 floods, be and the
same is hereby approved.
