o PIEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet i r the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 17th day of August, 2009, for
the` -'- tppose of considering and acting upon awarding of bid for
the purchase of a 2007 Log Loader Truck.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WA BRLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
