2a101 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program - Zone 9, Contract No.
765, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
siications, and

• WHEREAS, the City Engineer has filed said plans,
sfeEfications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
cost, etc . , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same .

• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of August, 2009 .
