"`WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
Engineer, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
cOrract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , for the F. Y.
20-10 Sidewalk Repair Block Grant Program - Zone 9, Contract No.
766, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
specifications, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has filed said plans,
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
comet, etc . , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same .

'NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of August, 2009 .
