WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August 10,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the Williston/18th and U. S . 218/Washington
Traffic Safety Project, CS-TSF-8155 (706)-85-07 , in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of August, 2009 .
