WILLISTON/18TH AND U. S . 218/WASHINGTON TRAFFIC
O o SAFETY PROJECT, CS-TSF-8155 (706)-85-07 .

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2009-790, plans, specifications,
€osm of contract, etc . , for the Williston/18th and U. S .
21 /Washington Traffic Safety Project, CS-TSF-8155 (706)-85-07, in
tYie City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by
his Council after the hearing prescribed by statute .
m NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it

s so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
improvements be constructed in accordance with said plans and
'specifications .
