• o AREA TRAIL ENHANCEMENTS .
c_ _" WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure
Services Director, to prepare and file plans, specifications,
of contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , for the
% * Riverview Recreation Area Trail Enhancements, in the City of
Wat4rloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and

c`) E WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said plans,
cpec•ifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
cost, etc . , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
;considered the same .
cvl NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
VA ERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are
'hereby preliminarily approved.
