IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
FOLLOWS :

Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
�n74aerloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 8th day of September, 2009,
_fQr - the purpose of holding a public hearing on Request for
Proposals for the sale of city-owned property generally located
at 2554-2556 Edgemont Avenue, in the City of Waterloo and the
taking of proposals therefore .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of August, 2009 .
