Local #66 to help the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) with a
Boot Block, and

WIERAS, the Fire Chief is requesting that said Muscular
Dystrophy, Association (MDA) Boot Block be held September 4-7,
2GD9 fr6tn 10 : 00 a.m. to 2 : 00 p.m. at the intersections of
Fr-aiklin-1:.and East 3rd Streets, Ansborough and Downing Avenues,
Kigpsall and Ridgeway Avenues, and LaPorte Road and San Marnan

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of the Fire Chief to hold a Boot
Block for Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) on September 4-7 ,
2009 from 10 : 00 a.m. to 2 : 00 p.m. at the intersections of
Franklin and East 3rd Streets, Ansborough and Downing Avenues,
Kimball and Ridgeway Avenues, and LaPorte Road and San Marnan
Drive, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of August, 2009 .
