c H - BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
cthat the Subrecipient Agreement dated August 17, 2009, for
a Economic Development Initiative (EDI) funds for a forgivable loan
in the amount of $176, 400 . 00, to assist in the renovation,
construction and build-out of the Cedar Valley Tech Works
Technology Center, by and between the Cedar Valley Tech Works,
Inc . and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
apptpved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same- in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
