HC BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated August 17 , 2009, for Community
Deve,lopment Block Grant Business Disaster Recovery funding for
disaster impacted business sites for up to six months free rent
for businesses renting space, by and between Iowa Department of
Erzromic Development and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
sailis hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
sine in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
