RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST FROM ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION (EDA) AND DIRECTING
m EXECUTION OF SAID DOCUMENT BY MAYOR.

o H BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
o tYd the request dated August 17, 2009, for additional
a' irlormation for further consideration of a $7 million grant for
a funding of the design and construction of lift stations at
Blowers Creek, Vinton, Dry Run, Virden and Westfield, by and
between the Economic Development Administration (EDA) and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of August, 2009 .
