c F- WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Building
_Official/Maintenance Administrator, to prepare and file plans,
0o specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
cost, etc . , for the 2010 ADA Accessibility Plan - University
Avenue and Greenhill Road, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as
specified in the specifications, and
� `. WHEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has
-filed said plans, specifications, form of contract and
pr-$ iminary estimate of cost, etc . , and the Council of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same .

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
`WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of August, 2009 .
