o s o �- WHEREAS, this Council has proposed a Resolution of Necessity
f r •the Waterloo, Iowa, Sidewalk Assessments in conjunction with
`thee .Y. 2010 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program - Zone 9,
-C�ract No. 765 , and has given notice of the public hearing
ereon as required by law; and

crn ¢ WHEREAS, the public hearing has been held, all persons
� 4r .ng objections have been heard and consideration given to
11 objections and is pending before this Council; and

o WHEREAS, this is the time and place set as provided for the
t- aking of action on the proposed Resolution of Necessity.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS :
That the proposed Resolution of Necessity described above is
hereby adopted, as proposed, and all objections filed or made
having been duly considered.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of August, 2009 .
