WHEREAS, Spicoli' s Grill, 3555 University Avenue, is
c requesting a variance to the Noise Ordinance on September 6, 2009
from 5 : 00 to 9 : 30 p.m. in conjunction with a car show in the
oo parking lot along with a band, and

� WHEREAS, said event will exceed the limits of the Noise
Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094 , and
macWHEREAS, said Spicoli' s Grill, 3555 University Avenue, has
e formal application for a variance on September 6, 2009 from

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Spicoli' s Grill, 3555
University Avenue, for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094 , Noise
Ordinance, on September 6, 2009 from 5 : 00 to 9 : 30 p.m. in
conjunction with a car show in the parking lot along with a band,
