WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
August 24 , 2009 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the F. Y. 2010 Sidewalk Repair Assessment
Program - Zone 9, Contract No. 765, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of August, 2009 .
