WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
00 P,erptofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
reposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the
./ 2010 Sidewalk Repair Block Grant Program - Zone 9, Contract
c H766, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and

WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
`specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the F.Y. 2010
walk Repair Block Grant Program - Zone 9, Contract No. 766,
Ych were preliminarily approved on August 3 , 2009, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
ugtjst 24 , 2009 .
r- c. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the F.Y. 2010 Sidewalk Repair Block Grant
Program - Zone 9, Contract No. 766, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of August, 2009 .
