c : WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
cxeretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City

etc , for the 2009 Riverview Recreation Area Trail Enhancements,

s WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said

preliminarily approved on August 10, 2009, and

H H WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
August 24, 2009 .

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the 2009 Riverview Recreation Area Trail
Enhancements, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of August, 2009 .
