a� H BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

2O p, for Neighborhood Stabilization Program funds in the amount

redevelopment of abandoned and foreclosed upon homes and
residential properties to stabilize and revitalize neighborhoods,
